Recording & Consent

By registering for and attending a webinar, you acknowledge that:

• The event may be recorded, and your participation—whether through video, audio, or chat—may be captured.

• Recordings may be used for future educational, promotional, or community-building purposes by our team.

• If you prefer not to appear in a recording, we recommend keeping your camera and microphone off and being mindful of what you share in the chat.

Access & Usage

• Webinar materials, including recordings, slides, and resources, are for your personal use only. Please don’t reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

• Access to any replays or resources may be time-limited and shared at our discretion.

These terms apply to all webinars, regardless of whether they are free or paid. Participation in a free event does not establish a client relationship but is still covered by our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and you acknowledge and agree that the burden is solely yours to routinely check these Terms and Conditions for updates.
