1. PURCHASE & SERVICES

You are purchasing a community membership that includes:

• Access to a digital resource library

• Participation in regular live coaching calls

• Access to a private community space

• Discounts on other courses and events

• Access to the annual book study hosted by Dual Language Connections, LLC

What’s Not Included:

This membership does not include:

• 1:1 consulting or coaching

• Any additional courses, events, or services outside of what is explicitly stated above

You acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and understand what is and is not included.

2. PAYMENT

The total cost of this membership is $120 per year, payable via credit card at the time of purchase.
No payment plans are offered.
All purchases are non-refundable.

3. COMMUNICATIONS

You may receive access to a community space (e.g., hosted on a platform like Circle or Facebook). While engaging with other members, you agree to maintain professionalism, refrain from harmful or harassing behavior, and respect the confidentiality of others.

The Company reserves the right to remove you from the community without refund if these standards are not upheld.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by Dual Language Connections, LLC—including documents, templates, strategies, videos, and other content—remain the sole property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for personal use only.

You may not share, copy, repurpose, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

You agree not to share any confidential information learned from within the community, including what is shared by other members.

Dual Language Connections, LLC will never share your private information without consent, except where required by law or in the case of an emergency.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause below.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Fairfield County, Connecticut, via the American Arbitration Association. No damages beyond refunds of already-paid fees may be awarded.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use represent the full agreement between you and Dual Language Connections, LLC. No other statements, expectations, or representations apply unless stated in writing by the Company.

12. ACCEPTANCE
